7. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION

Perishable items.
Personalised/custom-made products.
Goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

You must return Goods within 14 days of cancellation at your own cost, unless faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned Goods.

8. FAULTY GOODS AND GUARANTEES

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days if Goods are faulty.
If Goods develop a fault after 30 days but within six months, you may request a repair or replacement.
If a fault arises after six months, you must provide evidence that it existed at the time of delivery.

We are liable for foreseeable loss and damage caused by a breach of contract.
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We are not responsible for business losses.
